The team at Features Coding brings energy and enthusiasm to their team. Our clients benefit from the key players of the entire process and Abhi’s team having broad range of talent and experience across a multitude related business, process backgrounds and highly potential. It gives robust confidence to our team and it shows our team strength as well. The team consists of ten key players inclusive of one classifier and nine UPC coders well talented in all process areas.

About Key Players
• Aun kumar: Only the best classifier and the best player. He gives and shows the energy to the team.
• Catherine: The best in deli meat category. She assists the deli meat coders with full confidence and effectively and her production speaks very loud.
• Karthikeyan: Initiative equals to karthikeyan. Better we call initiator instead of calling his name. He is our team confidence.
• Raji Kannan: One of the respective team member. She acts with loyal and tenacious action. Her production and quality is always the best.
• Shiv Shankar : A man with good attitude and fast improving person in the whole process and He is one of the high knowledgeable person in our team.
• D.N.Sreenivasan: The word production is perfectly suits for this person and an aggressive player in the team.
• Srinivasan Thulsidas: When you remind the word dedication he should come in our mind that kind matching for this guy. He is most simple and always the best.
• Subhas: He moving his steps with very innovatively and tremendous strokes as well. He shows the production like the bullet arm and always the best in his way. The true white hearted person.
• Ramesh: An optimistic and innovative thinker and thinks always beyond the limit. His way of dedication is tremendous and doing the best always in his way. “Delivered as promised” is the ultimate proverb for him.
• Abhilash: The last but not least. The best leader in our process. The most valuable asset for his is honesty and having a visionary outlook. His action speaks louder than his words and motivating the people very beautifully and very strong in commitment of his work and He is having an ability to stand against critics. The decision making is always perfect. This is the secret of his success and lists goes on.
Team Strengths
The Team has ability to deal more than 3000 tasks per day and capability to generate more than 1500 tasks per day. All the players are multi-task performer it increases the team as healthiest among the all team in process. ‘Marching towards the goal’ is the alarm for every player. The best team requires more tool and key qualities one of the best tool is co-ordination this team has it.
